How long does shipping take for kitchen appliances?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Larger items, such as air fryers or stand mixers, may take up to 7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for used items?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days. Please note that used items must be thoroughly cleaned and returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Are your products dishwasher safe?
Most of our stainless steel and silicone products are dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing our ceramic-coated pans and professional-grade knives to preserve their longevity and performance.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and the UK. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
