Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused kitchenware in its original box with all manuals and accessories included to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
